Patricia R. Jurgielewicz
Patricia R. Jurgielewicz is Vice President and Partner of Sedona Group,
LLC. Pat has been successfully involved in the real estate and property management
business for over twenty years. She started her career with M.F. DiScala & Company,
Real Estate Investment Bankers and has been a property manager with Sedona
Group for the past ten years. Her current responsibilities consist of managing
a portfolio of 11 mixed use properties. Pat is currently the President of
the Southern Connecticut Building Owners and Managers Association, where
she has had a seat on the Board of Directors for the past four years.
Joseph V. Breault
Joseph V. Breault brings 20 years of property management and construction experience to the Sedona team. Joe holds a Bachelorate Degree from Connecticut State University in Business Management and Finance and is a licensed real estate sales agent in Connecticut.Joe managed Yale Universities residential real estate portfolio prior to joining the Sedona Group team.
John DiScala
John DiScala is Vice President and Partner of Sedona Group, LLC where he has been a successful and efficient property manager for the past six years. John is responsible for many commercial and residential properties throughout Fairfield County and oversees our Maintenance Division. John attended classes at Sacred Heart University and is BOMA certified.
Tony Latella
Tony Latella is Vice President of real estate asset management at Sedona Group. His responsibilities include managing over 2 million square feet of commercial properties. He has been in the property management business for over seven years. Prior to that, Tony spent 35 years in the transportation industry.
